Interface lift, refresh the program's interface throughout.

The current interface while functional appears to be from years back. There seems to be a custom made GUI engine behind it, hence integration with the OS in use doesn't look as clean as it should.

For example you're using modal windows that are within the program window (it used to have a name this way of doing things, but I don't recall it), simply trying to move the options dialog for example to wherever you wish in the screen is not going to be possible unless the main window is maximized.

Also, messaging windows are different in the host and the admin side of the program so the interface is not even homogeneous. I believe a redesigned GUI would be very important for this program.
